Shopping Malls

In Vancouver, you'll find it all at the shopping mall - well-known department stores, favourite chain stores, local boutiques and the ever-popular food fair. Several downtown Vancouver malls – including downtown’s largest mall, CF Pacific Centre, and Waterfront Centre Shops - offer an underground network of interconnected shops accessible through various buildings and entrances in the downtown core. Pacific Centre is also where you’ll find Vancouver’s high-end department store – Holt Renfrew, which is known for prestigious brands, designer names and personalized service.

On Vancouver's north shore you'll find Park Royal Shopping Centre. With over 200 shops, restaurants and services, Park Royal is home to some of the world’s best fashion brands including British Columbia’s only Simons location. Park Royal offers a unique shopping experience with an unmatched combination of indoor and open-air shopping in an upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere.

Located south of Vancouver in Richmond, Aberdeen Centre is more than simply a shopping mall; it's a shopping destination. Browsing the stores here is a multicultural experience and just about the closest thing to shopping in an Asian country as exists in Vancouver. Asian-themed retail stores, herbal shops, restaurants and other attractions make it a little like Chinatown under a single roof.

Bargain hunters will be thrilled with a trip to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet by the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond. With international fashion brands galore, stores in this mall offer the latest styles at up to 70 per cent off regular retail prices. SkyTrain’s Canada Line takes you right to the mall in 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver—get off at Templeton Station, two stops before the airport. Out-of-town visitors are offered 10 per cent off the already discounted prices by visiting Guest Services with their identification.
