The Visitor Centre is your one stop shop. We're located downtown, just steps away from the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. Our professional, multilingual, highly trained staff can help you make the most of your Vancouver experience and plan your journeys into British Columbia and beyond. Stop by and see us!

Open daily from Sunday - Saturday 08:30am - 6:00pm.

Location

Due to renovations taking place at our facility, starting January 2nd, 2013 the Tourism Vancouver Visitor Centre and Tickets Tonight will be temporarily located across the street inside the Vancouver Convention Centre East, 999 Canada Place

Satellite Visitor Centre

Located at Robson Square beside the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Tourism Vancouver Satellite Visitor Centre offers all the same services as our main Visitor Centre, including Tickets Tonight. Please note same day half price tickets are only available on-site at the main Visitor Centre.

Tickets Tonight

Tickets Tonight is Vancouver's exclusive same-day half-price ticket and advance ticket sales outlet. Conveniently located in the Tourism Vancouver Visitor Centres, Tickets Tonight is unique, offering tickets for events sold by Ticketmaster as well as tickets for shows from independent producers throughout the region.
