Dine Out Vancouver Festival
Tourism Vancouver's Dine Out™ Vancouver Festival is Canada's largest annual dining celebration, attracting tens of thousands of local and visiting food enthusiasts to experience the city's exceptionally diverse culinary scene.
Launched in 2002, the festival gives diners the opportunity to select from over 250 restaurants, each offering unique three (or more) course prix-fixe meals at $20, $30 or $40 per person, many complemented by pairings with Wines of British Columbia, craft beer and cocktails.
Over the 17 days of the festival, a delicious schedule of culinary events allows festival goers to enjoy unique culinary experiences exclusive to the Dine Out™ Vancouver Festival, including guided dining adventures, culinary and cocktail tours, cooking classes and demonstrations, debates, guest lectures, BC wine and craft beer tastings, street food markets and more!
Prix-fixe hotel room rates starting at $110 per room per night, and a host of dine and stay packages complete the festival experience giving those that want a true ‘night on the town' exclusive accommodation options for the duration of their festival stay.

Vancouver World Chef Exchange
The Vancouver World Chef Exchange is a collaborative project held during Dine Out Vancouver Festival. It is designed to spread Vancouver’s culinary story across the globe, bring leading food cities closer together and, of course, dish up a never-before-seen dinner for culinary enthusiasts. The premise is simple: international and local chefs team up to craft a series of powerhouse feasts, fusing global flavours and regional ingredients for a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.
Pairing the world’s most creative culinary talents with Vancouver’s own is no small feat. Months in the making, the 2016 program included five chefs from all corners of the world who stepped into their partner chefs’ Vancouver kitchen to cook up a storm during their Dine Out collaboration. We invited culinary all-stars from Sydney, New York, Copenhagen, Puerto Vallarta and Los Angeles. #VWCEx
We toured around the city with a few of them and shared Vancouver’s culinary highlights. Here are our stories.
