Since March 2016, Tourism Vancouver and the membership department has been working with LUX Insights, a market research firm, to review and update our current membership model. We have conducted ample research, focus groups and interviews to collect feedback from current, past and prospective members to ensure we have a well-balanced understanding of the industry needs.
We are pleased to announce that we are now in the final stages of this process and will be sharing the details of our new membership model in the coming days. We look forward to rolling out a model that will best suit the individual needs of all of our members and members-to-be.
