Registration for the Professional Convention Management Association's (PCMA) 60th annual Convening Leaders conference opens to PCMA members this week.

Convening Leaders - which takes place in Vancouver from January 10-13, 2016 - is a hugely significant event for Vancouver's meetings and conventions industry. The conference will attract approximately four thousand professional meeting planners and suppliers for four days of education, networking and Vancouver touring. Many of these planners have the potential to bring major future meetings to Vancouver.

Vancouver - time to show off!
Tourism Vancouver, the Vancouver Convention Centre and the PCMA Convening Leaders Host Committee need everyone's help to make this conference truly shine. It's up to the whole industry - from taxi drivers, to hotel concierges, to tour guides - to ensure we roll out the red carpet for this important group of clients.

Call for Volunteers
Two hundred volunteers are needed for Convening Leaders. Volunteers receive great perks such as discounted registration, entry into daily prize draws, volunteer meals and transit passes. Volunteering is a great learning opportunity for tourism or event planning students, and for industry professionals who want to have a higher level of engagement in the conference.
