Forkhill House Irish Bistro is a casual fine dining restaurant, which features warm Irish favorites with a contemporary twist. Each dish is thoughtfully plated by their executive chef Tannis Smith with a combination of locally sourced, and imported bespoke ingredients from Ireland. They are geared towards customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for all who visit us. The inspiration for the restaurant roots from the rich heritage of co-owner Jaime Lenz. During the height of the famine in 1845, her great, great grandfather was known for his contributions to the community. When food was scarce in the area, the Brooks family would provide meals to the masses for anyone willing to put in an honest day’s work in the giant cast-iron cauldron placed at the front of the estate. Forkhill House has integrated that sentiment into everything they do. A place for every person, in every walk of life, with no discrimination. Everyone is welcome here! P.S. They won’t make you work for it.
Their first store opened in Vancouver in 1999 under the name "Les Délices de l'Érable". Today, there are 6 branches located mainly in Quebec and are now known as "Délices Érable & Cie".
The boutiques were founded by Citadelle, the maple syrup producers' cooperative, founded in 1925. The vocation of its stores has always been to promote proudly the products of maple. However, over time, the cooperative has integrated cranberries and honey into its predilections. Thus, Citadelle and its boutiques devote themselves to discover the heritage of its delicious local products and to innovate in the art of their traditional uses, reinvented or unpublished.

1956 – In a small town, near Quebec City and the Huron Native Indian Reserve, Misters Auclair & Martineau started to make their own handmade moccasins in a basement. They crafted their first moccasins the same way their ancestors made them for centuries. In 1993, Auclair & Martineau Inc. launched the AMIMOC brand: a specific collection of moccasins and mukluks made and designed the original way and crafted by masters! Over the years, two brands were added to the family: MARTINO, the waterproof boots made for going out and having fun and with MAËL, the team dare to create a distinctive boot. All made in Canada. Today, sixty years after its creation…One hundred thirty passionate employees, hundreds of traditional and contemporary styles and…millions of pairs of moccasins made for the greatest pleasure of World Wide customers and their feet.
