The Tourism Vancouver Membership Team has actively been updating our members Calendar of Events listings, to reflect any upcoming cancelled or postponed event. Should you have an event listed to our calendar of events page that needs to be updated, please log on to our Member Extranet and make the necessary edits. You can make edit/submit to the Calendar of Events by following these steps:

  • Clicking on the “Collateral tab”
  • Selecting “Calendar of Events”
  • Then clicking on “Add Event”

Additionally, you can also send any updated event information (cancelled, postponed, event now being hosted online) to anybody on our Membership Team and we will assist in editing this information.

Also, we have been sending daily Membership Communications containing the most up to date information regarding the novel COVID-19 pandemic. Please take a look at your list of contacts on our Member Extranet to ensure that we have the most up to date contact information to be receiving these updates. You can update your contact list my following these steps: 

  • Clicking on the “Profile"
  • Selecting "Contacts"
