We're excited to share two new direct flights into Vancouver!
On June 16, 2016, Vancouver International Airport (YVR) will commence Canada's first direct flights to Brisbane, Australia. Air Canada's non-stop route will run three times per week initially and, pending government approval, increase to daily. In 2014, visitation to B.C. from Australia rose by 6.3 percent, and YVR's new route to Brisbane - Australia's third most populous city and a renowned tourism region - is expected to boost tourism further. Air Canada is a key carrier between Vancouver and Australia, currently operating daily service to Sydney. To read the news release, click here.
