Vancouver is known for its gorgeous waterfront. But instead of just looking at it, here are three new ways to experience it.
- Sea Vancouver zodiac tours - Launched in 2014, this high-speed zodiac tour quickly shot to the top of Vancouver's "must do" list. The 90-minute tour takes groups jetting around Vancouver's waterways while providing commentary on points of interest. Tour runs multiple times per day from May to September. $42 per person.
- Snorkel with seals on Sea Dragon Charters - Sea Dragon Charters' Cruise and Snorkel Adventure takes marine lovers to the seal colony of Pam Rocks, located less than 30 minutes from Vancouver. Wetsuits, masks and fins are provided for an up-close look at the seals in their natural environment. The trip also includes lunch and a harbor tour showcasing some of Vancouver's most expensive waterfront real-estate. $95 per person.
- Stand-up Paddle Board tours with Ecomarine - Kayaking is so last year! Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the new obsession and Ecomarine Paddlesports Centre has jumped on the wave by offering SUP tours of Vancouver harbor during the day and at sunset. Also ask about their SUP yoga experiences. $49 per person.
