Vancouver's much-loved Dirty Apron Cooking School will be celebrating Canada's 150th birthday with a week of cooking classes featuring exclusively Canadian product.  Beginning June 26th and leading up to Canada Day on July 1, Dirty Apron presents: Fresh, Local and Wild- Celebrating Canadian Cuisine from Coast to Coast. This selection of six classes highlights everything from global cultural influences and a mix of culinary traditions; to seasonal, local produce and iconic flavours- like Haida Gwaii seafood and Quebec maple syrup. Everything that makes Canadian cuisine diverse and delicious.
