Rugby: Canada vs. Maori All Blacks | November 3, 2017

On November 3, 2017 Vancouver will host Canada's second Senior Men's Fifteens rugby match at 7:00 pm with a 'long lunch' hosted by Rugby Canada the same day. The match will be hosted at BC Place Stadium. 

Women's Soccer: Canada's Women's National Soccer Team vs. USA | November 9, 2017

What is lauded as the fiercest rivalry in women's sport will take place once again in Vancouver's BC Place Stadium on November 9, 2017 when Canada's Women's National Team takes on the USA. This match will certainly set the stage for their continued rivalry. Tickets are currently on sale. 

Figure Skating: 2018 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships | January 8-14, 2018

Vancouver will host the momentous 2018 Canadian Tire National Skating Championship at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre (at the University of British Columbia campus) from January 8-14, 2018. The 2018 event will serve as a qualification event for the team that will compete at the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Rugby: HSBC Canada Sevens - World Rugby Sevens Series| March 10-11, 2018

With much anticipation, the World Rugby Sevens Series - HSBC Canada Sevens will return to Vancouver March 10-11, 2018. The world's top rugby teams take Vancouver by storm during the two-day tournament at BC Place Stadium with ancillary events taking place over the weekend. Get your costumes ready!

Squash: Canadian Doubles Squash Championships | April 10-15, 2018

One of the fastest, most exciting sports is coming to Vancouver in April as our city plays host to the Canadian Doubles Squash Championships, being held at the Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club's newly renovated squash centre, April 10 – 15, 2018. Doubles squash is played on a larger court than singles and four players take turns hitting the ball. Top players from North America will be travelling to compete.

Basketball: Vancouver Showcase - NCAA Division 1 Basketball | November 2018

Premier basketball is back in Vancouver! Starting November 2018, eight men's and eight women's basketball teams will descend upon the 2010 Olympic Host City annually during the American Thanksgiving holiday week for the Vancouver Showcase. During this week, National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) Division 1 men's and women's basketball tournaments will be played back-to-back under the iconic sails of the Vancouver Convention Centre in downtown Vancouver.

Hockey: 2019 IIHF World Junior Championships | December 26, 2018 - January 5, 2019

The 2019 IIHF World Junior Championships of hockey will begin on December 26, 2018, co-hosted by Vancouver and Victoria, with the gold-medal game being played on January 5, 2019 at Vancouver's Rogers Arena. Vancouver last hosted the tournament in 2006, when Canada took gold over Russia in the 5-0 final.
