Vancouver Whale Watch provides passengers with the adventure of a lifetime through excellent customer service, first class vessels, the highest possible safety standards and added value from an on-the-water education of the west coast eco-system. We emphasize science and conservation while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.
Choose between the thrill of an open zodiac or ride in comfort in our semi-covered zodiac-style vessel; all of our vessels have washrooms onboard. In the spring of 2010 we launched the new 47 passenger Explorathor. This boat is fully open in the front, has a semi-covered area in the back and an upper level observation deck.
Join our professional Wildlife Guides for a 3 to 5 hour tour, departing from the picturesque West Coast fishing village of Steveston; located just 35 minutes from Vancouver and 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport. While we travel through the spectacular Gulf and San Juan Islands to find Orcas (Killer Whales) and Humpback Whales, you’ll have the opportunity to see a diverse marine ecosystem, including bow riding Dall’s porpoises, sea lions, bald eagles, and seals.
Our extensive whale spotting network has given us a 95% sighting success rate - however if you don’t see a whale on your trip you may take advantage of our sight unseen guarantee which states that if you don’t see a whale on your first trip your next trip is on us. Our shuttle service picks up at nine different locations in downtown Vancouver. Free parking available and RV's welcome.

We look forward to taking you out to see our magnificent Whales soon!
