Your Choice of Appetizer Clam Chowder – Our own New England style with bacon, onion, potato and lots of clams. French Onion Soup – Spanish onions sautéed with sweet sherry in a flavorful broth topped with croutons and melted cheese. Sweet Potato Fries – Crispy sweet potato fries lightly seasoned and served with a chipotle dip. Caesar Salad – Fresh romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and our special dressing. Spinach Salad – Prepared with almonds, apples, and cranberries with our own Honey Dijon dressing and topped with creamy goat cheese. Your Choice of Entrée Spaghetti with Your Choice of Sauce – Our sauces and meatballs are made fresh daily. Choose from Rich Meat, Mushroom, Tomato, Clam, Brown Butter and Mizithra Cheese, Spicy Meat or Meatballs topped with tomato sauce. Pesto Linguine – Our homemade pesto sauce with fresh basil and pine nuts is mixed with a touch of cream and served over linguine noodles. Penne with Chicken – Tender pieces of chicken breast, penne noodles, mushrooms, peppers and fresh tomatoes tossed in a rich basil cream sauce. Lasagna – Layer upon layer of pasta, beef and a selection of cheeses. Baked with mozzarella. Seafood Linguine Marinara – Fresh linguine noodles, topped with sautéed bay scallops, shrimp, and mushrooms in a garlic tomato sauce. Braised Beef & Butternut Squash Rigatoni – Tender pieces of braised beef and butternut squash tossed in our house marinara and organic pesto sauce. Chicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli – Sautéed chicken pieces and bacon in our creamy Alfredo sauce and mixed with wild mushroom and mascarpone cheese ravioli. Wine Pairings Jackson Triggs Reserve Merlot – Rich in fruit and has a soft, full-bodied elegance. The velvety texture and bouquet of berries and herbs are uniquely characteristic of this grape variety. $21.50 Jackson Triggs Reserve Chardonnay – Dry and full-bodied with intense aromas of ripe apples and pear. Ultimate Cheesecake – This New York Style Cheesecake has a subtle vanilla flavour. Choca-block Torte – A moist chocolate cake layer cradles milk chocolate ganache covered with a dense dark chocolate mousse. Carrot Cake – Features two layers of moist, spicy carrot-laden cake with crushed pineapple, walnuts and coconut, filled and covered with a rich cream cheese icing.
