One of the most popular lunch menus in Vancouver, the selection is composed of entrée salads, signature sandwiches and plates, there is something to appease every appetite.

Chef Jeff Szombaty brings his artistic touch to Mosaic’s refined dinner menu. Seasonally inspired, simple and fresh ingredients are harmoniously combined to satiate the palate and the senses.
