Homer Street Cafe and Bar in Yaletown is a contemporary restaurant housed in two iconic Vancouver buildings: the historic Homer Building and the modern Beasley tower. Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire-engine red rotisserie oven. Chicken’s the star here, basted in jus and served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides. Adventurous wine, beer and cocktail lists complement the menu.  The restaurant’s three dining spaces consist of an open-concept kitchen “Chef’s Bar,” a casual lounge and bar and a small, private dining room made with reclaimed 19th-century factory windows. A 24-seat patio offers an al fresco experience in the warmer months.
