At Chi, we strive to give our guests a taste of traditional Vietnamese flavors in a contemporary and modern style. After years of traveling Vietnam, we have learned secrets of the trade and different flavor combinations and profiles from locals ranging from restauranteurs to street vendors in the streets of Asia. Vietnamese food in itself is a fusion food with techniques and flavors from many parts of the East and West combined. We hope to show you how beautiful and delicious traditional Vietnamese flavors can be with a modern flair that is conscious about the history and transformation of Vietnamese food.
