Flamenco, Tango and Wine In One Night
Day: Wednesday, July 5th, 2017

Venue: Roundhouse Community Centre
During the upcoming Latin American Week 2017 we will start the week on June 30 with our event "Flamenco, Tango and Wine in one Night" supporting local Latin musicians and dancers and learning about different Chilean wine selection.
Canada Day Parade
Day: Saturday, July 1st, 2017
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Venue: Granville Street
Latincouver proudly celebrates Canada 150 years birthday. More than 250 people come together from different Latin communities in BC to be part of the Canada Day parade with Latin music, typical dances and dresses.
This is the best opportunity for our communities to show to Canada that we are here, and we are here to stay.

Fiesta Blanca on the Salsa Cruise
Day: Sunday, July 2nd
Time: 8:30 – boarding 9:30 – departure
Venue: MV Britannia (near Stanley Park)
Join us wearing white as the Salsa Cruises kicks off their season with a joint venture with LatinCouver celebrating Carnaval del Sol and Latin American Week in Vancouver aboard everyone's favorite vessel, the MV Britannia – 501 Denman Street.
3 levels – 3 Djs playing the best in Latin music all night long. Salsa lesson taught by one of Vancouver's best instructors followed by a Dance Show.
Details are still be finalized but this promises to be the best kick-off party yet!
Latin Contemporary Art Exhibition

Family, cuisine and traditions, is the combined artistic expression of Latin America. Through the exhibition the curator Gabriela Esteves Sepulveda, in collaboration of the Project Art Gallery and Latincouver are bringing to Vancouver, the flavour, the feelings and history of different Latin regions.
A free event where Vancouverites will have the opportunity to see and learn a combination of aboriginal contemporary art and modern art representing our countries.
Latin Film Night with the International Vancouver Film Festival
Date: Tuesday, July 4th
Latin American Film night is an opportunity to showcase two films representing our heritage to more than 500 guests. Promoting and growing our film industries while spreading awareness of our artistic culture of Latin America in Vancouver. While we showcase to the Latin community one of the most important festivals in the city.
150 Years of Candadian and Latin History
Day: Wednesday, July 5th, 2017
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Private function: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Latincouver is organizing a one day event where 350 guests will celebrate Canada Milestone surrounded by Canadian and Latin- American art. During the day it will be open to the public with art and music experience. We will close the evening with a story teller and launch the book of 150 years of the influence of Latin America in BC.
