Dine Out Vancouver Festival Hotel Registration

Tourism Vancouver has partnered with TravelZoo for a second year Dine Out Vancouver hotel packaging.

Option 1: Room-Only Rate

(Must include overnight accommodation, multi-course “Dine Out” dinner, plus one other inclusion. i.e.: breakfast, valet parking, bottle of BC VQA wine etc)

(Must include night’s premium accommodation, multi-course “Dine Out” dinner, plus 3 other inclusions, i.e. market shopping tour w/ Executive chef, culinary tour, spa treatments, multi-course tasting lunch, breakfast, sparkling wine, event tickets, etc.)

Registration Fee Deadline (October 15th): $250 plus GST
Fee is due upon receipt of invoice

By registering your hotel to participate in the 2019 Dine Out Vancouver Festival you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You agree that your membership with Tourism Vancouver is in good standing.
  2. The official registration period ends October 15th, 2018. The registration fee is $250 plus GST. You agree to pay the registration fee in full by October 31, 2018. Hotels that register and do not pay their registration fee by October 31st, 2018 will be removed from any print or online lists and will not be permitted to participate in the program.
  3.  The registration fee is non-refundable.
  4.  You agree to an official hotel reservations launch date of Wednesday, November 15th, 2018.
  5. You agree to submit your offer to TravelZoo no later than Friday, October 22nd, 2018
  6. You acknowledge and agree that Tourism Vancouver reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to determine the hotels participating in the program. Further, Tourism Vancouver cannot guarantee hotel sales volumes or customer traffic that may or may not result during the promotional period.
  7. You agree not to participate in any other similar Dine Out  promotion during the promotional period defined as December 1, 2018 to February 3, 2019.
  8. Once the registration process is complete, you agree to honour your commitment to participate in the program. Should a hotel withdraw from the Festival, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  9. You agree to brief your staff on the event to ensure high quality, knowledgeable service for consumers. DOVF19 information will be provided in advance of the festival.
  10. If you create a package, you agree to ensure any and all of the non-hotel components (including DOV dinner reservations, attraction passes, items, or other components) are coordinated by your hotel key staff. Tourism Vancouver does NOT book dinner reservations or additional elements for the consumer.
  11. You agree to display Dine Out Vancouver posters, decals, collateral print material, and any other DOVF materials provided by Tourism Vancouver regardless of any corporate branding conflicts, for the duration of the festival.
  12. You agree that Tourism Vancouver and its partners can name your hotel as a Dine Out Vancouver Festival participant and include your logo and/or name in any promotional materials.
  13.  You agree to promptly resolve any significant customer complaints brought to your attention by Tourism Vancouver.
