And guests who want to splash out on a headliner luxury vacation can select from a tailored suite of Amuse-bouche Collection packages: accommodation at The Listel Hotel (includes private preserving workshop with Forage Executive Chef Chris Whittaker; rainforest edible food tour led by Robin Kort of Swallow Tail Tours; 10-course West Coast tasting menu; foraging basket; and more) or Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park (includes two-night stay in the sprawling Katharine Hepburn Penthouse Suite; Dine Out lunch or dinner for two; breakfast for two; complimentary parking; and welcome bottle of bubbly). All rooms and packages are bookable now via the Dine Out website.

The offer is valid for round-trip bookings to Vancouver from anywhere in Canada as well as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Palm Springs, Phoenix and New York's Newark Airport (travel dates between January 14 and February 1, 2016).
