Visitor Information during the Games

Along with its spectacular scenery and world-class recreational experiences, Vancouver has earned a reputation for its warm hospitality and welcoming attitude. You’ll notice the friendly smiles and helpful service as soon as you arrive.
While you’re here, make sure to visit the friendly and helpful staff at one of the many Visitor Information Centres.
Tourism Vancouver operates a Visitor Centre in the downtown core of Vancouver. There are also at Vancouver International Airport, the Peace Arch border crossing, and additional satellite visitor kiosks at key locations around the city during the 2010 Winter Games. (Please see below for specific address and contact information.)
The visitor information centres and satellite visitor kiosks are a great place to pick up a range of maps and visitor guides to help you find your way around the city, and learn about the best places to dine, shop and experience all that Vancouver has to offer.
