» Buses

Coast Mountain Bus Co. operates TransLink's bus services, running busiest routes from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. It also operates the popular cross-harbour passenger ferry service, SeaBus.

» SkyTrain

SkyTrain, a completely automated light rapid transit system, offers fast, efficient service between downtown Vancouver and the suburbs. SkyTrain stations and cars are wheelchair accessible and are closely linked with bus service at almost all stations. SkyTrain operates daily, every two to five minutes.

» SeaBus

SeaBus is a unique, passenger-only, wheelchair accessible ferry service that connects Vancouver from Waterfront Station to Lonsdale Quay on the North Shore. The scenic crossing of Burrard Inlet takes 12 minutes and offers a breathtaking perspective of the city, sea and mountains.

» West Coast Express

The commuter train service, West Coast Express, links several outer suburbs to downtown Vancouver. Early morning services run westbound from Mission and late afternoon services eastbound from Vancouver, Monday to Friday only.

» AquaBus

For those wanting to get to the shops, restaurants, theatre and public market of Granville Island, a fun, fast and scenic route is available. The False Creek AquaBus provides service to/from Granville Island and several docks located along the downtown Seawall. Runs daily, 9am to 7pm, approximately every 20 minutes. » False Creek Ferries

Small passenger ferries operating year round service between Granville Island and the Aquatic Centre. In addition, there is seasonal service between the Maritime Museum, Vancouver Museum, Pacific Space Centre, Stamps Landing and Science World. » Fares

Greater Vancouver is divided into three fare zones for all transit services (with the exception of West Coast Express). Zones are in effect each morning until 6:30 PM Monday to Friday.

• One Zone: $ 2.50 Adults / $ 1.75 Concession
• Two Zone: $ 3.75 Adults $ / 2.50 Concession
• Three Zone: $ 5.00 Adults $ / 3.50 Concession
• Off Peak (No Zones) $ 2.50 Adults / $ 1.75 Concession

» Concession Fare Eligibility:

• Children 5-13 years of age (4 and under ride FREE)
• Students 14-19 years of age with valid TransLink GoCard
• Seniors 65+ years with proof of age

Day passes available at Vancouver Touristinfo Centre or at fare dealers throughout the city.

» Wheelchair & Bike Accessible

Many public transit vehicles in the Vancouver region are wheelchair accessible. Accessible buses and bus stops are identified by the international wheelchair symbol, while the letter "L" identifies the service in public timetables.

Many vehicles are also equipped with bicycle racks. The letter "B" identifies these services in the public timetables.
