Housed in a former Canadian Pacific Railway bunkhouse dating back to the mid 1880’s, the Yale is the focal point for live music entertainment in Western Canada.

Music celebrities such as John Lee Hooker, Koko Taylor, Buddy Guy, Pinetop Perkins, Taj Mahal, and Jeff Healy have wowed crowds at this Vancouver landmark institution. Musicians are welcomed to get in on the jam groove every Saturday and Sunday afternoon between 3-7pm.

Bring a favorite instrument and entourage of friends and tap into great tunes every Saturday with host Rob Montgomery and Incognito or chill out Sunday afternoons with host Tony Robertson and Vaqueros. In addition to providing top notch live entertainment, the Yale operates an onsite precision engineered recording studio ideal for CD release parties.

The Yale also offers customized event planning for private parties, corporate events, holiday celebrations, fundraisers, and grand openings.
