Scenic public park. Vancouver's best spot for kite flying! Site of the Vancouver Children's Festival and Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival, as well as the Planetarium and the Vancouver Museum. Walk the connector foot path to Granville Island. Also site of the Vanier Boat launch and the nearby Burrard Civic Marina where visiting boats can obtain moorage.
