From January 14 to February 1, simply pay for your Dine Out Vancouver meal with your Visa® card when dining and you'll receive a ballot. Complete the ballot and enter it in any ballot box located at each of the participating restaurants.

2009 Lucky Winners

Grand Prize Winner: White Rock resident Gordon Verplank is the lucky grand prize winner of 52 gift certificates for a selection of Tourism Vancouver member restaurants that participated in Dine Out Vancouver 2009.

Secondary Prize Winners: Five lucky patrons received second place prizes, courtesy of Tickets Tonight™, Vancouver's community box office and only same-day, half-price ticket outlet. These five lucky winners each received a $100 Tickets Tonight gift certificate. The winners of these prizes are Janet Stuart, Satinder Sanghera, Lily Tran, Sarah Merriman, and Diana Liang.
