Attractions, shopping, outdoor activities -

easily accessible - within walking distance, a short
drive, quick ferry ride or convenient trip on our
local transit system.
Transit System
The Vancouver transit system, TransLink, is made up of a network of
buses and unique services such as the SeaBus and
SkyTrain. TransLink provides transit services
covering over 1800 square kilometres of the Greater
Mainland of Vancouver - getting around the city is
convenient, easily accessible and often provides
beautiful views of the city!
BC Ferries
BC Ferries has two Vancouver mainland ferry
terminals, Tsawwassen and Horseshoe Bay, which
provide access to Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands
and the Sunshine Coast.
Tsawwassen is approximately 45 minutes south of the
downtown Vancouver and provides services to Victoria,
Nanaimo and the Southern Gulf Islands.
Horseshoe Bay, about 45 minutes north of Vancouver,
offers services to Nanaimo, Bowen Island and the
Sunshine Coast.
Ferries run every one to two hours on the hour.

Getting to the
Airport
The Vancouver International Airport is serviced by
the Vancouver Airporter Shuttle, charter bus
companies, TransLink buses, taxi and limousine
services. Rental cars can be dropped off at the
airport and there is ample parking for private
vehicles.
