BARD ON THE BEACH SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL


Vancouver's professional Shakespeare Festival stages four productions in repertory, in open-ended tents on the waterfront in Vanier Park, against a spectacular backdrop of mountains, sea and sky. 2010 season, June 3 to Sept. 25: Much Ado About Nothing, Antony and Cleopatra, Falstaff (Henry IV, I & II) and Henry V.

Village international de la francophonie


Description of New Product: The Village international de la francophonie will be held from February 11th to the 28th 2010 at Mackin Park, Maillardville/Coquitlam, as a peripheral activity during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Maillardville, a French-speaking community located in Metro Vancouver, will shine in all its glory with this special edition of Festival du Bois. Join this celebration of Canadian folk, Celtic and world music, dance, craft and food... All with a French twist!
