It is designed in a new-classical style and composed of simple geometric forms with ionic columns and traditional decorative treatments. The building’s interior is equally impressive with the use of marble for the walls, columns and steps. With contemporary and historic exhibits, the Vancouver Art Gallery is truly a cultured meeting ground.
