Have your clients enjoy the sights of Vancouver with a new and exciting sport called Stand Up Paddleboarding! Beginning with an introduction that will get those of all levels paddling, a guide will take your clients out and show them the highlights of the area. Offered on Sunday mornings, guests set off from Granville Island and paddle away in the protected waters of False Creek. Saturday evening tours depart on a scenic paddle along the shorelines of Stanley Park, while taking in the vistas of the sun setting behind the North Shore Mountains and lighting up the Vancouver skyline.

Opening in May, this adventure starts with a ten minute gondola ride to 885m above sea level. The ride up provides sweeping views of the Howe Sound Fjord, the majestic coastal forest and surrounding mountains. Once at the top, many other adventures await - guests will have access to a wide array of outdoor experiences including two different interpretive loop trails with cantilevered viewing platforms, the spectacular Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, numerous hiking trails, rock climbing and much more. In addition to the outdoor experiences, the Summit Lodge will provide an opportunity for cultural exhibits, events, signature dining, or simply a chance for guests to share a refreshment after a day of adventure in nature.

The Sea Safari Deep Fjord Tour debuts this May and departs from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. The sea safari will journey north into the depths of the fjord marine eco-system to view a seal colony, bird sanctuary, steep fjord cliffs with waterfalls and the historic mining town of Britannia. A product line which recently joined the CTC’s Signature Experience Collection, the sea safari tour can be enjoyed as a stand-alone tour or can be an add-on to the new Landsea Sea to Sky Tour. Shuttle service is also available from any downtown Vancouver or North Shore hotel.
