Pickup directly from or send a courier to the Distribution Centre at Unit 104 – 8410 Ontario Street, V5X 3E8 during regular hours of operation – Monday through Friday 9am – 4pm. Phone: 604.682.2222
- All couriers should be directed to the Distribution Centre.
- Large quantities must be picked up at Distribution Centre.
- Orders that are not picked up from the Distribution Centre within 7 days will be cancelled.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, map order and guide pickups are NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Each package contains 10 pads.
ONE PACKAGE MAXIMUM for all Tourism Vancouver pickups. For more packages, please arrange pickup at the Distribution Centre.
