- Description We can accommodate you by setting this room up in a number of styles including boardroom, theatre, classroom, banquet, U-shape and reception. Just let us know what set-up you would prefer, and we’ll work with you to create your perfect event! The Cypress Room is 1535 square foot room features high ceilings, chandeliers and a dance floor. The Cypress Room can be divided into two smaller (680 sq. ft. and 855 sq. ft.) rooms, and accommodates 25 – 130 guests. Located just off the main lobby, the Cypress Room provides guests with easy access to the main entrance as well as their accommodations within the hotel. The Atrium Inn’s Seymour Room is located on the third floor of our hotel and is perfect for hosting more intimate or corporate events. This 712-square-foot room features a ton of natural light, providing the perfect ambience or a day event, while the cross ceiling lighting can illuminate an evening gathering. Our Seymour Room can accommodate up to 50 guests, and can be arranged in a boardroom or theatre style. Just let us know your preference!
