YEW restaurant + bar - Four Seasons Hotel

Designed to capture the essence of British Columbia's natural environment, lofty 12-metre (40-foot) ceilings reach to the sky, while wood-paneled walls and a floor-to-ceiling sandstone fireplace emanate warmth and comfort.
Executive Chef Oliver Beckert stimulates the palate with tastes from the entire Pacific region with local, seasonal ingredients. YEW’s communal table for 14 is a convivial setting for magic from the restaurant’s two open kitchens and a skylit private dining room for 10 is secluded by frosted glass.
Specialties include over 300 wines by the glass, our Coffee Culture Bar and Diva Fridays - where we celebrate the weekend with fun pink drinks and free appetizers from 2:30pm to close to those sporting some pink. Weekends at YEW restaurant + bar feature a 3-course brunch of sweet and savoury favourites for only $27, a dozen freshly shucked oysters for $12 and Wine Down Sundays where every single bottle is 50% off!
