The Refinery is Vancouver's best way to experience a new world eatery with an old world feel. A food primary restaurant and wine bar with a 74-seat capacity house's Granville Streets only fresh market style restaurant. Introducing elements of charcuterie, cheese culture, cured seafood, fresh breads, antipasti, hearty soups, savory salads and all things market fresh.

Our goal is to remain a step ahead of our competition through exemplary service, great value and the creation of a unique high quality dishes paired with amazing wines and beers from around the world and close to home. Further we aim to commit to the establishment of a sustainable environment with everything from design to operation in mind.

We expect our guests to share. Share food, drink and celebrations but more importantly ideas, stories and laughs. A traditional, yet unique, menu and atmosphere will create a sense of 'belonging' for locals and tourists alike.
