Q4 Restaurant

Located in the heart of Kitsilano, Q4 embraces the senses with a dazzling array of colour, texture, aroma and taste. Crimson washed walls, rustic wrought iron chandeliers and candlelight cast a glow upon rich mahogany tables and a beautifully hand painted floor. The restaurant offers large round tables for a friendly gathering as well as secluded nooks for romantic evenings. To some, the best seat in the house is at the bar where the award-winning bar tender, Jason Andrew holds court. During summer months the lush garden patio is a Vancouver favorite.

At the heart of the Q4 experience is the exceptional cuisine from Central Italy prepared by executive chef, Bradford Ellis. A visit to Q4 isn’t complete without an antipasto platter made for sharing. Other menu highlights are Cornish game hen; pistachio crusted sablefish; marinated bocconcini wrapped in prosciutto and radicchio, served with cherry vinaigrette; and the legendary spaghetti Quattro.

Wine Spectator magazine has bestowed Q4 with an Award of Excellence each year since 2001. The cellar boasts over 400 labels with an emphasis on Italy. Also hailing from Quattro’s motherland is an unparalleled collection of grappa that is as notable for its beauty as it is for its breadth.

Q4 is owned and operated by partners Antonio and Patrick Corsi. The father and son team also owns Quattro at Whistler and Gusto di Quattro in North Vancouver. Visit them at www.quattrorestaurants.com.
