Spectacularly situated on the top floor of Grouse Mountain’s Peak Chalet, The Observatory is the crown jewel of the resort’s restaurant collection. The culinary team utilizes the finest regional produce, crafting dishes that showcase the best of BC while minimizing its environmental footprint.


Local suppliers are used wherever possible so that our chefs can make use of the specialty micro-produced ingredients for which our province is famous. Additionally, The Observatory is a proud member of the Ocean Wise program and Green Table Network, a citywide initiative that promotes sustainable seafood choices and responsible restaurant practices.


Intimacy and luxury are key elements of this 60-seat venue, where diners revel in views of the lower mainland. An award-winning wine program enhances the experience.
