The Mill Marine Bistro opened its doors in June 2003 and has since become a favourite destination for both locals and visitors to Vancouver. The Mill Marine Bistro is a remarkable waterfront eatery and marine pub located in the Harbour Green Park area of the Coal Harbour waterfront in downtown Vancouver.
Boasting the largest year-round outdoor patio in beautiful Coal Harbour with unobstructed views of the North Shore Mountains, the Burrard Inlet and Stanley Park, the Mill Marine Bistro is the destination for not only soaking in Vancouver’s natural beauty, but also treating your taste buds to our casual west coast menu.
The menu includes a tasty selection of appetizers, soups & salads, sandwiches, thin crust pizzas and scrumptious desserts. Our menu concept is “healthy pub fare” – all fresh and seasonal ingredients prepared in a healthy manner – nothing deep-fried here! Our inspiring wine, beer and spirits menu was carefully created to compliment each dish.
The interior theme of The Mill Marine Bistro was designed to capture a sense of timelessness and harness the colourful history of the Coal Harbour waterfront, from the late 1800's, through the industrial era of the Boeing Seaplane and Boat Factory, the CP Rail Station and of course The Pacific Lumber Mill Company, which is where our name is derived from. This collective history blends together in a warm and comfortable setting, appearing as though it has been here since the beginning of time.
From the creative dishes to the delicate desserts, The Mill Marine Bistro raises the bar on neighbourhood dining. We love great music, the outdoors and a fun, positive attitude. Come play with us and have fun on our patio or in our pub – we can’t wait to see you at The Mill Marine Bistro.
