The Husband and wife team of Chef Ernst Dorfler and Gerry Sayers invite you to experience the unforgettable combination of spectacular views of Vancouver, four diamond award winning cuisine and gracious hospitality in the beautiful Five Sails Restaurant located at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

The recently renovated restaurant design features an elegant, contemporary new bar, some romantic and cozy dining at elevated booths and a chic lounge area with a modern fire feature which overlooks the spectacular hotel atrium lobby. All guests will enjoy a bird's eye waterfront view of Vancouver's dynamic inner harbour, coastal mountains, and Stanley Park. The Five Sails' best kept secret is the exclusive private dining room accommodating corporate dinners and social occasions for up to 20 guests.

Chef Ernst Dorfler, a former World Culinary Olympic Gold Medal Champion, showcases the depth of his International experience and talent with each seasonal a la carte menu, a Vegetarian Table d'Hote menu and his signature Chef's Tasting Menu with wine pairings. The Wine Spectator, Award of Excellence Wine list designed by Sommelier, Ramon Fresneda features wines from the Okanagan. Our current a la carte menu and tasting menu will not be available in addition to our children's menu options.
