Sheltered waters and intriguing coastlines create an ideal environment for all paddlers, regardless of their experience or fitness levels. We offer Ocean Kayak and Canoe Rentals, as well as a variety of Lessons and Tours on a daily basis from April to October. With a fleet of 125 kayaks we can accommodate large groups of up to 80 paddlers or more at once. Upon request, we can arrange for your group to enjoy a delicious Salmon BBQ on a nearby island!
Now in a co-management agreement with Takaya Tours, we are also offering an Aboriginal experience unique to Indian Arm. Canoe tours and Ancestral Rainforest Walks run out of Cates Park, North Vancouver. Kayak rentals also available from the new Cates Paddling Centre, North Vancouver and Belcarra Paddling Centre, Port Moody.

New! Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak is now running bi-monthly Winter Paddling Sessions. These tours give paddlers an opportunity to explore the waters of Indian Arm, Ambleside, Whytecliff Park and Porteau Cove. We are also now offering Nordic Bus Trips to the Callaghan Valley. Cross-country ski or snowshoe on the trails of the 2010 Olympic Nordic Venue!
