A Canadian product sets out to conquer the world

For a many centuries, maple syrup has been recognized as one of Canada’s traditional symbols. With the aim of sharing this secret with the whole world, thousands of maple producers have joined their formes to create the Citadelle, Maple Producers' Cooperative.

Since the adoption of its new marketing strategy, in the mid 90's, Citadelle has developed a unique concept by opening the first "Canadian Maple Delights" bistro in Vancouver’s heart. The latter was such a success that the idea was lauched in Quebec. Therefore, two more "bistro-boutiques" were set up under the name "Les Délices de l’Érable Boutique Gourmet & Bistro". One is located in the Old Montreal and the other, at Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.
