Boneta, at 12 Water Street, opened in July 2007 in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver’s oldest and most exciting neighborhood.
The restaurant was designed to be both welcoming and entertaining, boasting an open kitchen and spectacular local art. Boneta’s lounge fills early each evening with guests enjoying the custom cocktails, extensive spirit collection and exquisite small plates inspired by the dining room’s award winning menu.

Chef Ciaran Chung takes the lead in the kitchen showcasing a locally harvested products on his seasonal menus while ‘2008 Sommelier of the Year’ Neil Ingram presides over an unpredictable wine list of hard to find vintages and small run labels. The atmosphere at Boneta is lively and social with owner Neil Ingram presiding nightly over the room to ensure a good time is had by all.
