The BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is comprised of exhibits, galleries, and interactive displays. Boasting over 20 galleries, the stories of sport in BC are told from the early 1800s to the current day. Distinctive for its unique design and interactive displays, the Museum boasts the only permanent galleries in Canada honouring Rick Hansen and Terry Fox, two Canadian heroes who have generated positive public awareness for people with disabilities. Visitors can test their own abilities in the unique sports playroom where they can throw a pitch, climb a wall and sprint a track.
