| The concept of McLean’s is simple: Casual but quality. The Lounge: The blend of vintage chairs mixed with mirrored cocktail cubes were chosen to intensify the ambiance. The aim in the lounge is to create a handful of settling spots for intimate twosomes, or a fully playful entourage. The actual bar in the lounge is aglow beneath rare blown glass fixtures, casting intricate light patterns across the backdrop. Warmth is retained by the original cement floor with exposed tiles and solid rustic support beams. The McLean’s Lounge is the ideal spot for business liaisons or personal celebrations. Sexy savouries are served upon request. The Dining Room: The dining room is simple, comfortable and graceful. The food is head swimmingly delicious, appearing straightforward – when you know, all the effort in the world has been expended. Kirk’s Bar: Head down the wooden staircase, and past the Rampant Lion Pub icon, and you will find an entirely different pace. With the ten foot walled library full of old books and vintage hockey skates, you will either feel extremely chilled or ridiculously excited. This is the closest thing to hanging out at Kirk’s house. Kirk’s bar is not the slick sports bar in the shopping mall… but an intimate authentic watering hole where you are bound to find Kirk and his closest friends. |
