Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Garden presents A Life of Service

A Life of Service

January 6th to February 28th, 2014
Hall of One Hundred Rivers
Complimentary with admission

Through showcasing the influence of Confucian thought on Chinese culture and beyond, the Garden encourages people to understand the contemporary world through an appreciation of traditional values.

Leaders in today's China are studying Confucianism again, a philosophy that spent decades out-of-favour. Confucius was a man ahead of his time and many of his ideas still have much to teach today. The exhibition's graphic panels were designed by the Temple Museum. Each panel introduces a Confucian philosophical concept in both Chinese and English. Family harmony, self-discipline, public good and the Middle Way are among these key topics.

January 6 - February 28, 2014

Admission: included with Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Admission
