Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden presents Tomoe Arts

Specializing in Japanese classical dance, Tomoe Arts has its origins in the Fujima Kanemon tradition - part of the Fujima-ryû. The artistic director, Colleen Lanki, has studied nihon buyoh - both the dance of the Japanese Kabuki theatre and the dance of the geisha, for over a dozen years. She dances both onnagata (female form) and otokogata (male form) and has performed dances connected to many different types of music.

Enchanted Evenings Concert Series | July 11 - August 7, 2014

The 21st Enchanted Evening concert series running July 11th to August 7th, offers guests a chance to enjoy al fresco dinners, wine, cocktails and other tasty delights before experiencing an exciting line-up of blues, classical piano and traditional Japanese dance theatre performers.
