    "Plugged-In" Culinary Tour of Granville Island Market

    Plug in a headset and work up an appetite wandering through the Market's many locally and internationally influenced artisans and food purveyors.  Bring all your culinary questions and sustainable queries as the institute's internationally trained chef instructor provides culinary tips, points out historical details and reveals hidden cultural landmarks. 

    This 1.5 hour walking tour wraps up Marinaside in the school's award winning restaurant, Bistro 101 for a three-course Dine Out Vancouver Festival lunch with an optional BC wine flight pairing.  This unique tasting tour leaves Bakery 101, Monday through Friday, from January 20th to February 3rd.

    After a shake, learn to shuck. Savour four oysters from British Columbia's coastal waters and learn what makes each a little gem.  You'll be taught expert shucking techniques with tips on presentation, pairing, and preparation.
